I often describe myself as a crazy dog lady with a photography habit, which is exactly how JaderBug Photography got started. I began taking photos of my own dogs, which lead to taking photos of friends' dogs. As I started competing in sheepdog trials with my Border Collies, the photography grew to include sheepdog trials, and on and on from there. I enjoy challenging myself and have found many outlets through photography to do so. I have had a couple freelance photography opportunities for the hog production company I work for as well.

I am located about half an hour north of Ames, happy to travel to Ames, Des Moines, and surrounding areas for on-location shoots.
